- What is Stylo Culture return policy?
All products sold by us come with guarantee. We accept returns up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Items need to be returned in original packaging and condition to our warehouse. We allow our buyers to decide if they wish to avail refund or want a replacement. In case of damage, defect or incorrect item, we will reimburse for return postage charges as well.
Maintaining your right to privacy while shopping with us is our biggest priority and we only ask for the most necessary information that is required for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding its status. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address and billing address. The information is not shared with anyone. Apart from Stylo Culture team, this information is only shared with our associated courier partner that will be delivering your ordered items. Please rest assured we do not store your credit / debit card or online bank account information.
- Does Stylo Culture store my information?
We store information that is uploaded by you during the registration process, along with shared comments, conversations and interactions with other members on the website. No information such as credit / debit card details or online back account information, etc., is stored in our database. These details are directly entered by you into the bank payment gateways, which are 100 percent, secure. We do not handle this sensitive data or store it.
- What are the shipping options offered by Stylo Culture?
Stylo Culture offers regular shipping worldwide with India Post Registered Airmail. Apart from India Post we provide Express shipping through DHL Express and FedEx.
- What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
Please note that all items are shipped from India, and some countries will charge the buyer duties or taxes on international packages at the point of delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in shipping charges. Some countries like the USA and Australia do not collect taxes on small parcels (less than $800), while countries in Europe have different policies. In general, most of our customers do not have to pay any customs charges or duties.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
We monitor every shipment dispatched from our warehouse. All our orders are covered through our guaranteed delivery program. If you have not received the order, please email us and we shall provide a full refund or send a replacement.
- What do I do if I received a defective order?
We offer a guarantee on all the products we sell and our products come with no questions asked returns process. We refund the item’s selling price if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items need to be returned in original packaging and condition to our warehouse in India. In case of damage, defect or incorrect item, we will reimburse for return postage charges as well. Please do note that most of our products are handmade and there may be minor imperfections which are considered as beauty of the product and not a defect.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please email us with any changes required in the order already placed by you. We shall send you a confirmation email if the request can be accommodated. In case the request cannot be accepted we will inform you through the same email.
